David Candy answered your question, sometime last night/this morning.

Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explore
r

Look in the right pane for a value called NoViewContextMenu. If found,
right click this value and select Modify. Change the value to 0 (zero). If
it doesn't exist, right click in the right pane, select New, DWord value and
name it NoViewContextMenu. Leave it at 0. Note: If the value doesn't
exist, you may have to create the Explorer subkey under Policies. Use the
same method as above, for creating a new value.
