HELP!-Keyboard not working

PS/2 Mouse and keyboard not working-can't access bios. Keyboard was working
for some time but stopped.

This all happened after removal of win2k, removal of NTFS and repartition
and format with 98se boot disk. Eveything seemed to work well for a while.

Also constant clicking noise coming from PC speaker.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Actually, I just remembered that I installed some old pacman game for my
little guy that locked up the PC before this happened. Could this have left
something causing a confilt with the keyboard? If this is possible, how
would I find out?

Might be a stuck key, try another keyboard.
