Help!! japanese language problems!

hello, ...can any one help me on how to install a japanese language pack on
my computer, or how can i configure my computer so that i can be able to see
the japanese characters in my computer, i have been trying to do it but i
can't figure out how to do it, everytime i want to see a japanses page it
desn't display the characters, how can i fix this problem?

hi

you can try the settings in the 'Regional & Language Options' in the
'Control Panel'.

for browser, you may need to check the 'Character encoding' option to see if
you have checked the language you want to view.
