help I've been invaded by porn

Just got back from holiday to find that vividgal has
invaded my computer. The program will not let me delete
any ideas.
 
My suggestion is you install Ad-Aware Software (free version) and clean out
your PC with it.

You can get Ad-Aware from this address

Don't forget to update it after you install it and every once in a while
after that -- it works just like anti virus software. Updateing works over
WebUpdate button on the top.
