I tried to use Windows Help and Suport get help about "password reset disk".
But the message says "Because your computer is on a domain, you can't create
a password reset disk." But this is not true - its in a workgroup.
(OK, I did attempt to add to a domain at some point, but cancelled that and
decided not to after all, until our department has a working Vista setup.)
Why does the help system think I'm connected to a domain? How can I reset it
so that I can get the correct help item?
