Help!! Is there any way I can get a deleted folder back??

Hello,
I accidentally did a shift delete on one of my folders as it was highlighted
instead of the e-mail I wanted to delete. Is there any way I can retrieve
this??

Probably not, but you can try one of the file undelete utilities
such as Recuva:
http://www.piriform.com/recuva

Incidentally, for just that reason I would never use shift-delete.
