Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the automatic
underlining and blue font of the text when entering a email address in a
cell?

Thanks, Bob

Tools / Autocorrect options / Autoformat Tab / Replace Network paths with
hyperlinks - Deselect it

Ken's instructions (Tools>AutoCorrect Options, 'AutoFormat as you type',
remove check mark from 'Internet and Network paths with hyperlinks')
will work for Excel 2002 or later versions.

If you have an earlier version, you can type an apostrophe at the start
of the email address: '(e-mail address removed)

And if you really want to keep the hyperlink, but change the format.

Select your range
format|cells|Style
change it something besides Hyperlink (maybe normal???)
