HELP: Identities options missing from Outlook Express

Frank Burns

I installed XP Home, including MS Outlook Express v6.
Outlook Express does not have any "Identities" options. They are mentioned
in the Help documenation but they are not available from the menu options.
I used these a lot, to handle my numerous email accounts, in Win98.
Is there any way I can "turn on" these features?
Thanks,
Frank.

Aren't they on the File drop-down menu?

Nope.
As I say, I have used these, very successfully, before on Outlook Express on
my old Win98 machine.
The Help file indicates that they should be where you say the should, i.e.
the File menu.
But I can find NO options for "Identities" in any of the menus!
The version number in the "About box" for my Outlook Express is:
6.00.28001123.
Might I be running an old version or something?
Any ideas?

1123 is the newest version. See:
