Help! I need help with my Users..

There are two different users under my computer. The problem is that I wanted
to save something to a specific drive, yet it says that it can't perform the
operation because I don't have permission and to see my Administrator. I get
the same message under both users. Does anyone know what exactly the problem
is or how to bypass it?

One must be a limited account. You need to give it full administrator
rights.
