Help, I need a " cnn type ticker " that runs through all slides

I am looking to implement a " cnn news ticker " in my PPT. I need it to run continuously through the all slides without having it start over when the slide finishes. I searched for this but no definite answer was found. If PPT cannot do this are there any 3rd party apps that can ?

Thank you very much !

Troy,
Maybe this link will help. You can download a sample file. If you put the
ticker in the master it should appear in every slide.

update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the capability that you are looking for.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that PowerPoint
should provide support for dynamically updating (live?) content spanning
multiple slides (e.g. tickers, timers/clocks, etc.), don't forget to send
your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please) to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
