Help i have lost help!

The Microsoft Excel Help "Button" has disapeared of the
help menu!.I was trying to add a button to the toolbar and
somehow dragged help of the menu bar???
 
Tools>customize>commands and in the left pane look for window and help,
scroll until you see help in the right pane,
now grab a hold of it and drag it to the help menu, close the customize box.
