HELP!!!! I downloaded a theme that blanked out my screen!

I downloaded some theme for my desktop that I regret and now it completely
blacked out the screen. I have no start button, no taskbar(its in black!). I
have no icons in the start menu, they all appear really small, and it's
really difficult to move around the desktop. On my second account, I
accidentally deleted some files and messed up the start button and the icons
in the menu. If you have any suggestions as to what I can do please
help!!!!!!! Much Appreciation.

Give the Computer to the Goodwill Store and buy you another one. In about a
week do it again because you will undoubtably screw it up too.

Try restarting your computer in Safe Mode and uninstalling the theme. If
this doesn't cure it, you may have to restore to a previous date or do a
repair install. Let us know.
