Help I can't run Task Manager

Hello ,

I suggest you visit MS-MVP Kelly's website at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Note the instructions at the top of the page,
then scroll down to line 251,
(Restore MSCONFIG, task manager and regedit)

Right-click the hyperlink, then click | Save Target As |
to download the file, "msconfigregtm.vbs",
then double-click the file and follow the prompts.
