Help! I can send Email from Windows Mail, but not Receive to...

I am a new Vista user and am by no means, technical...I can send messages
from Windows Mail but not receive to Windows Mail. When I send a "test"
message to myself, I receive it in my internet account (SBC) but not in
Windows Mail. I am not getting any error message.

Please advise.

at this time no answer we can only pray that they can learn enough to help us
fix the problems ask god to give them wisdom thank you all
