SInce Outlook does not have newsreader capability, this is not an Outlook
question.

...does that mean you can't or won't offer help
with OUTLOOK express??...

....go away troll...someone...other than you...will answer
my question...

Not in this group they won't.
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a completely unrelated
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.

Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x

A good website for information on OE is:
http://www.tomsterdam.com/

Correct, especially since there are several Outlook Express-oriented
newsgroups.

Think again. And you obviously don't know the meaning of "troll" when it
comes to newsgroups. A troll is someone who posts a question in a newsgroup
with the purpose of that question being to start a bogus thread or a
flame-fest.
