I am trying to create a table with a fixed heading so I can keep a
record of all monthly phone bill statements while being able to see and
print out the most recent statements.

I've seen spreadsheets where when you scroll down, the column titles
are fixed and you can scroll up and down through the figures.

How do you format the spreadsheet to do this? HELP Please!!

Select the row immediately below your table headings
<Window><Freeze panes>

Is that what you're looking for?

Select the row below the one(s) you want to freeze. Then from the Window
Menu, select "Freeze Panes"

You can also Freeze columns, but selecting the column to the right of the
one(s) you want frozen. Or both, but secting the single cell that is below
and to the right.

Try Window -> Freeze panes. It will keep everything on the top and right of
the cell you had select freeze when you scroll.
In order to print the headers, in File -> Page setup -> Sheet, there is a
section to repeat rows on top, so they appear in all the printed pages.

THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I knew it was simple. I just couldn't figure it out. :)
