Help, Host name cannot be resolved

Hi, can anyone help me please. A friend of mine has sent me several invites
through messenger and everytime i accept we get the old "host cannot be
resolved" error message (seems to be fairly common), after reading other
peoples Q & A's I have tried getting my friend to configure and even shut
down his Norton security and still no change. I'm wondering if it could be
something to do with my wireless router but i've never had any problems with
any other software in the past. STUMPED! Cheers

You may need to modify the private IP address to public IP address in the invitation. This search result may help,
