Linda

I keep getting this box, Internet Explorer on top, and in the box, it says,
"Do you want to allow this page to paste information from your clipbard?"
At the bottom of the box, there's a yes or no to chck. Every time I press
one, it keeps coming back and won't let me explore the page or type in the
box I'm trying to type in. I've tried on different days, and tried changing
my security settings. The only difference I notice on this page than others
is a java script emblem opens on the bottom of the taskbar, so not sure if
it has anything to do with it. I need to use this page I'm working on and
really need to get rid of this box. Anyone know what I'm talking about that
can help?
Thanks

I was more than a little surprised to hear the following from "Linda"

I believe this is the usual setting.....

Tools > Internet Options > Security > [Click on relevant zone] > Custom
Level > Check 'enable' for 'Allow paste operations via script'

Use at your own risk and probably best done for a site in your 'Trusted
zones'

I was more than a little surprised to hear the following from "Jon"
Tools > Internet Options > Security > [Click on relevant zone] > Custom
Level > Check 'enable' for 'Allow paste operations via script'

oops .. 'disable' would be better, rather than 'enable'

Thanks, that worked!

Hi,

I have an AD with 500 users. Some of them PCs and the others thinclient.
Is there any way to apply this setting to all domain user at the same time?
I mean, maybe it is possible to do it by group policy or scripts.
I have in trouble. Help me please !!! :)
