How can I get my Excel file size down? Is there a setting or that wil
set the number of columns and rows? I tried deleting them but there ar
sooo many.

Feel free to email directly (remove ones).

You can hide the unwanted rows and columns. Or, you can color them al
black.

To reduce the megabyte count of the file size you can use the Save A
feature, instead of a simple Save, and save the file as the existin
file name. This works because to some extent, for speed, when yo
update a file Excel simply saves the changes in its internal format, s
with each simple Save the file size grows. The Save As undoes this
saving only the most recent version.

There are limits to the cycle of saving only the changes. At som
point Excel will effectively do a Save As anyway, but you can force th
matter as described
