HELP.....EAPOL......What the He** is it.

Every time EAPOL_LOG_SERVICE starts my computer crashes. Shuts down no warning. I have already re-installed XP and I still shut down
 
It appears to be a log of WIFI activity.
If you don't use a wireless router, or access the internet
using WIFI, stop the service and mark it as manual start.
Here is a link to troubleshooting WIFI access.
Not sure if it will help in your situation, but never hurts
to be well read.
