I have set up a test web page and when one of my users
access the page it rearranges all of the pictures,links
and everything else.how can I get this to not occur?Is it
in resolution settings or explorer settings?Can anyone
help with this?

Without knowing the URL, browser version, and/or OS makes it
kind of hard to guess what the problem is. If you could
provide that information it would be appreciated. A general
things to watch out for which is know to cause problems is
Absolute Positioning.
