Help - Does anyone know how to link gmail into windows mail

[Can not send emails]

Dell wants to charge me $100.00 to fix this issue. I am unemployed and
trying to save every penny. Does anybody know how to combine gmail with
windows mail. Sure appreciate anyone's help thx in advance
