Help documentation problems

Recently, the links in my Access 2000 Help documentation disappeared. When
viewing VBA help, I noticed that the "Example" and "Related Items," etc.
links at the top of the help screen are now simply non-clickable
placeholders. I verified that this behavior exists on many other PCs as well
(never found one that worked properly). Although most likely caused by the
recent round of patches, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a cure. Thanks.

In case anyone else has this issue, I found the solution. It is solved by
Win2K SP4 (I'm running SP3), or critical update 811630. See link below.
