help desperate plz

ok my anit virus wont start up when i got to services.msc
from run, ok eveery time i do a system restore, i go inot
my anti virus program(symantec anti virus client and i
check teh boxes to enable file system real time protection
and microsoft exchange reral time protection then i go to
start run type in services.msc and i find symantec i hit
starts going then says
error 10 the environmnet is incorrect what the hay is goin
on?
