Help creating a front end to access different databases

I posted a question earlier today A Database for Databases, and I recieved an
answer and I have been trying to get the utility to work but I have been
unsuccessful. So I am stuck at square one again is there anyway to create a
front end or database so that I can access my different clients database from
one location/program/front end, so that I do not have to continuously locate
each of them everytime I want to access it.
