Help configuring XP Home Eddition when adding memory

I had 512 MB memory on my HP computer--upgraded with adding 512 more
Ram--can you please tell me how to configure my XP settings to utilize the
additional memory chip?

Hi John,

You shouldn't have to do anything as long as the system recognizes the
additional memory.
