Help Changing Control Pannel View

[G Klein]

Running XP Pro in the past was able to change the control panel views from
windows XP Style to classic by clicking the link on the left of the screen
now the link is no longer there just have the XP Style the only other option
is to see other control panel items
Any Help is gratefully appreciated
