Please help!

I'm usually pretty good at detecting unwanted/malicious e-
mails, but I think I may have opened one. Since then, my
PC is sending out one afte the other (every 3-4 minutes).
I wouldn't know it if it weren't for my Norton window
scanning the e-mail displaying each time.

I have Outlook Express (5.0) on Win98.
I received an e-mail and opened the attachment (READ:
stupid!). The body of the e-mail stated "The message
contains Unicode characters and has been sent as a binary
attachment." and it contained a file "text.zip". And yes,
I opened it. Whether this is my problem, I don't know. I
think it is since I just started noticing the e-mails
being sent after I did.

Can someone tell anyway to stop this? I have already
updated my Norton, but it doesn't seem to find anything
when scanning.

Please help.

Next time:

1. Don't open attachments, just like not accepting candy from strangers.
2. Post in an Outlook Express group - this is not one of them.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Keith asked:
