HELP! Can't access Database Startup properties

I need some help pretty fast... I've seriously goofed up and unchecked
all of my options in the startup preferences of my database. So now I
can't right click or use the top menus to get to it. Now one of my
tables has just corrupted itself, and I need to run a repair, but since
the menus are disabled I'm stuck.

Can anyone tell me how to restore my menus so I can fix this thing?
