Michael

When I add myself to the local administrators, and change
the owner to myself. But I still cannot delete the
network printer from client machines.

Many Thanks for your help

Check the access controls in Security. It does not matter whether or not you
are a member of Administrators, it matters whether or not you are granted
the access you think you are by these access controls.

What is the error message?

It may depend on how the printer was added.

If the printer was added "globally" (see
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/NetPrinterAllUsers.htm), then an
Administrator can delete it using the /gd function.

If the printer was added by a user using the Add Printer Wizard, that user
owns the connection and you may have to logon as that user to delete it.
That is, network printers added by Add Printer wizard are per user things,
not per computer things.
