HELP - Cannot install Messager?

I am using XP SP2, and cannot install Messager, does anyone have any
suggestions on how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

What messenger, windows ? or something else , is there any errors, give us a
little detail for crying out loud.
 
Windows Messenger? Windows Live Messenger? Yahoo Messenger? AOL/AIM
Messenger?...
