Help...Cannot Activate Vista Premium

Hi,

I purchased and installed the Academic version of Vista Premium and
installed it on one laptop. I had a hard drive problem and had to reformat
it, and I reinstalled the same Vista on the same laptop. Now I keep getting
an error message saying that my product key is already in use. Its in use by
this computer! I've tried to find a way to contact Microsoft...but, no luck.
I really don't want to buy another key since I've already bought this one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Go through the activation process and then call the telephone number
given for your country and explain what happened. When you change the
hard drive it thinks it's a new computer. The phone support will get
you going again.

Thanks so much! I'm all set...I was able to reach Micrsoft by phone and they
helped me to activate.
