help button

Hi,
I can't figure out how to have the maximise, minimize and help buttons
at the same time on my form ?!?
The help button appears only if the two others are disabled.

This behavior is by design. Instead, add a MainMenu that provides a
"Help" -> "What's this?" menu item.
