One of the XP machine in my company is continually
logging below event in which always fill up the securily
log. Once the security log is full, a non-administrator
user (domain user) are not able to login. Although, I've
fixed this by clearing the logs and set is to overwrite
once it is full. But I would like to know why this PC
keeps on logging this event. Any expert can explain this
to me?

You might have a startup program/service problem I would use Task Manager to see what
process 1308 is the related executable. A user in another newsgroup had a very
similar problem and it was the startup program for his video card that was in the
system tray. -- Steve
