HELP ASAP? deleting duplicate phone numbers from query

I have asked several times for someone to help me but they keep talkign
computer lingo
i am new to acces and i am stupid

i have a database with 30,000 duplictae phone numbers
i know how to do a wuery to find the duplicates, but how do i delete them
and leave just one?

example if i have 7 phones the same i want to delete all but 6 of them?

please please help me

And you have received responses each time. The responses have all been, that
more information is needed from you to clarify your request. You have not
answered any of the questions you have been asked about your data structure.

Try going back to one of the threads you have started and giving people the
information they have requested. If you can't do that, then you will probably
have to do it manually.
