If i open the feature help and Support and click on one of the items, I only
see a text page full with scrambbled words and figures.
What to do ?

Launch Vista's Help and Support and in the upper right
click on Options > Settings and place a check next to
"Include Windows Online Help and Support....."
and click OK.

Depending on where the file you want to register is located, the command
would be something like this example:

Running Command Prompt as Administrator, type:

regsrv32 C:\Program Files\My Game\example.ocx

Press Enter.

You're welcome. Now that I think of it, if you are trying to register
C:\Program Files\My Game\example.ocx, you can hold down the shift key, then
right-click on example.ocx, and choose Copy as Path. Next open Command
Prompt as Administrator, type regsvr32 at the prompt, then make a space,
then right-click and choose Paste. It will look like this:

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\My Game\example.ocx"

Press Enter. That way you don't have to type out the whole path.

I am replying here because I can not create my own thread.

I have Windows Vista Home Premium installed; however,
when I open "What's new?"
i get "What's new in Windows Vista Home Basic"

How can I get the "What's new in Windows Vista HomePremium"
on my system?

AND my second question is why can I not create my own thread?
I have enabled pop-up.

Thanks for that. I have this error on my Vista Box and hopefully this will
fix it.
