I have just upgraded to Windows XP. For some reason I
cannot get any help subject pages. Just a error box that
says The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed.
This may be because:
If you are trying to view this content over the network,
there may be network congestion or a problem with your
connection.
There might be an error in the page's address.
The page might not be available.
Please check your network connection or try another page.

No pages load and I am not part of a network. Can anyone
help ?

help & support connects via internet to microsoft.com
if your connection is not clean it might not open.

Not true if headlines were turned off in the registry. Help and support should
open, but it seems he has a corrupted help file. Visit Doug Knox's site at
www.dougknox.com. There should be a fix on there for that.

connected allways. I have a firewall but it has never
asked if I want to let it connect. could this be the
firewall ?
