I am unable to access the Help and Support area of Windows XP on my computer.
When I click on it in the menu, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to

Is the "Help and Support" service running? Is it configured for
Automatic startup?

Yes, the service is running and is configured to automatic. When I click on
it, nothing happens. Seems like maybe the path has been deleted. Know how
to restore it?
