I installed a new hard drive in my Compaq Presario
S6300NX a day ago and and soon ran into the same problem
I had with the defective drive I've sent back to Hewlett
Packard.
Before loading any software, the Help Support program
worked but after loading several software programs, Help
and Support in any Microsoft application refuses to work.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
