Help and Support Window Randomly Pops Up

I just upgraded my old system to XP. I am enjoying the product and have
installed security patches and done virus and spyware checks. I keep
getting the "help and support" window popping up randomly, along with a
message saying that the address to which I am being directed is incorrect.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

I am having the same problem. I updated Win2000 Pro with WinXP Pro
and started having these pop ups at startup and other random times.
Restoring Help & Support is not the issue as my Help & Support works
fine. I have checked startup entries - no luck. It is a mystery -
any ideas would be appreciated. TIA!
