Help and Support Service not working

For some reason, pressing F1, or using the Help and Support link on the Start
Menu no longer works after I installed SP2. I checked the help service, and
it is set to manual startup, but it is not started. I've tried changing it to
automatic and restarting the computer, but that didn't help, so I changed it
back.

I've also checked the permissions for that service, and see that the default
permissions are in effect. (System has full access to use the service).

I've yet to see any patches or other messages relating to this, so I'm not
sure if it's just me or not yet. I am running a Dell Inspiron XPS notebook,
and it is a clean install of XP Pro, immediately patched with SP2, and
Symantec AV Corp. Ed. 9.0.2 installed. No other software was installed at the
time I first noticed the problem (except TweakUI for SP2).

That link was extremely helpful. The suggestions at kelly's site worked for
me. I'm still not sure why it stopped working, but at least now I know how to
fix it if it happens again.
