HELP AND SUPPORT CENTER

MY HELP NEEDS HELP! WHEN I CLICK ON "HELP AND SUPPORT"
WITHIN START MENU, I GET HOURGLASS FOR A SECOND OR TWO,
THEN NOTHING. WHERE DID MY HELP GO?
 
Hi Terry, please don't use all caps on the NG as it is considered rude and

Help and Support - Start Menu Doesn't Work
Click Start then select Run and type in: helpctr -regserver
 
Sorry about caps, my keyboard stays in uppercase mode. Bad
eyesight is one factor, the other is, as a mainframe
programmer(IBM 3094 mvs),my editor runs in uppercase only.
so it is what i am acoustomed to. Again, sorry for caps.
Oh, by the way, i used Kelly's site for the fix.
