HELP: Allowing a user to design the layout of form

Hi There

I am looking for some pointers on the best way to allow a user to modify the
layout and components of a form. They would be able to add buttons and
change the position, color etc.

Preferably some pointers for WPF.

It doesn't do WPF, but DevExpress's XtraLayoutControl is very good. Here:
