help! a problem about password

when I saved a word doc file, I set the password. I know the password. But I
can't open the doc file again because I set the item: RC4 safesign CSP V1.0.

Anybody can help me and tell me what I can do now?

I'm not familiar with this "item" (and have never heard it in
conjunction with Word -- FWIW, of course).

What version of Word is this, and how exactly did you set the password?
