HELP !! 10 gigs reading as 465 mhz

Help please .... I have a friend who has an intel celeron
processer 10 gig hard drive and 128 megs of ram .. he was
at one point running windows 2000 but has recently removed
it and installed windows xp home .. now when you click on
my computer properties it is saying that the hard drive is
only 465 mhz ..however when he goes to properties under c
drive it is reading 10 gigs with 4.45 mgs free...

First, he was brave installing XP on a 10 and only having 128.

Your buddy needs a larger hard drive and at least 256 ram.
