I need to quickly put together a Power Point presentation and publish it to
the web.

It needs to 'auto advance'

In other words show slide 1 for x seconds then show slide 2 for y sezonds
then slide 3 for z seconds.

1) How can I do this with Power Point 2003?
2 ) I also need to add an audio track and time the lides to change at
certain points during the audio track... can I do that with Power Point?

Thanks for any help.

Have you tried PowerPoint's File, Save As Web Page command?
Does it do what you want?

Not reliably; PowerPoint doesn't synch slides to sound tracks.
