Wayne,
For experimental purposes only, you can try manually adding all the
technology macros and all or most of the Software devices. This will be
close to what you're trying to accomplish here which is "shotgun" the
runtime in an attempt to locate a potential missing dependency.

As mentioned before, another thing to try would be running Regmon & Filemon
on the runtime. The offer of testing on one of your trackballs still stands,
I wouldn't mind incorporating one in my team's test pass, either. <grin>

Thanks for that I will do that today. Regarding us sending you a unit I see
what I can arrange I think it would be great to have you look at at.

However I think it may be something going on with the baord (SBC 5285-300)
and here's why.

1. SBC and Tracker using XP Pro works fine.

2. Tracker and PII Board simply 10min quick build Works fine.

3. SBC and Tracker won't work automatically! :-(

I'm will see if I can arrange a board and tracker ball to be sent out to you
to see if you can get to the bottom of it, I will post later on let you
know.
