Hi i just need a little assistance how do i get rid of the bar at the very
top i know thats confusing so let me describe it for ya n see through it it
has like esc, f1, f2 f3 and its really annoying since i dont know how to
close it please someone help me

You said the bar is "at the top" but the top of what? Does this appear on
the top of the desktop, in a particular program, in windows explorer, or???

What do you see if you right click this bar?
