hello? what determines whether a MS tech will respond??

I've noticed that only a few posts get responses from MS
support staff - what determines this? I'm getting
downright p.o'd that SP4 seems to have a collosal number
of problems that screw up W2K and that NO ONE responds to
complaints!!!! I cannot find any information on this
apparently exhaustive website as to how to uninstall or
fix the boot loop, Office, and Java problems that
accompany SP4 installation. If anyone is out
there...what do we all do?? Sorry I'm impatient - my
original post and query are below.

This is a peer to peer group so MS may or may not respond
to your question. As for removing SP4 if you selected to
archieve the SP3 files during the install of SP4 you can
go to add/remove programs and selcet SP4. If you did not
archeive the files you will have to reinstall WIN2K from
scratch.
