You need the 'pop' and 'smtp' information from you mail provider. If you are
suing your ISP's mail account then they will be able to provide you with the
details. Hotmail accounts can't be used with Windows Mail (other than
Windows Live Mail). Take a look at your email providers web site for details
on setting up your account. For example my mail provider in the UK is
virgin.net, so in my case the details would be as follows:
pop.virgin.net
smtp.virgin.net
Other mail providers insist upon something like mail.virgin.net in both the
pop box and smtp, but only your email provider can tell you which to use.
